The newest house in Oakhouse's top-class Gran series is now open. The rooms have semi-double beds, and all have a bath and toilet! Plus there is plentiful storage space, a veranda, and wifi. There are 36 rooms. There is also a kitchen, lounge, cafe and library, bar counter, and more, including a theater room, fitness gym, and mini-kitchen!
In the fitness room, you can take TRX training lessons from a trainer who also lives in the house! A service you will only find at Gran Toda.

STUDY LIBRARY& KITCHEN SPACE

Right across from the entrance is the bar space, where you can have drinks like coffee and listen to music. Beside the entrance is the cafe and library space.
This is a perfect-sized lounge for 36 people. The interior has been designed carefully to resemble a stylish cafe.

Cool items

In the entrance there is a record player and coffee maker. A selection of books have been chosen for the shelves in the lounge. A sophisticated space!

Theater room and gym

There is also a theater room and fitness gym. You can also take lessons from a pro trainer!

Private rooms

Of course you also have your privacy even in a sharehouse! All rooms have a bath and toilet.
You also have lots of storage space, a veranda, semi-double bed, and wifi.
2nd floor houses have been coordinated in advance so you do not have to worry about designing anything yourself.

A type: sofa

The is the only room type with a sofa. There is also of course a desk and chair set so you can do desk work. These are rooms 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 on each floor.

Stylish B type

Warm orange-colored walls mark the B type. With semi-double bed, and desk and chair set.

Relaxing C type

The modern feel of the C type. Semi-double bed, desk and chair set.

With 36 rooms, spacious shared spaces, and refined interior design, this is a modern cool sharehouse! Oakhouse is very proud of it.
All rooms have a bath and toilet, so you have your own private space, plus plenty of opportunities and environments to interact with your housemates. We'll support you while you're here with us!

There's a convenience store a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket 7 minutes away.
There are also lots of places to eat and drink near the station!

Q. How is access into Tokyo?

On the Saikyo line, you can get to Ikebukuro in 18 minutes, or Shinjuku in 24.
